Orders, accounts and downloads
During checkout we collect your name, email address, billing address, order details and any optional phone number or order notes you provide. Customer accounts store contact and login information, purchase history and access to course downloads. The store also records technical information such as IP address, browser information and download activity.
This information is used to process your purchase, provide account and download access, send account and order messages, respond to support and refund requests, prevent misuse and maintain business records. Site administrators and shop managers can access customer and order information for these purposes.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Checkout shares the information needed to process and support the payment, including billing details and the order amount. Payment card details are entered into Stripe’s payment form. Stripe processes payment and device information for payment processing, security and fraud prevention. If you choose to save payment details, these are held by Stripe rather than as full card details on this website. Optional Link services are governed by Link’s own terms and privacy information.

Inquiries and email
When you send an inquiry, your name, email address, selected topic and message are saved privately in the site administration area and emailed to Colin so he can respond. Sending an inquiry does not add you to a mailing list. Our website hosting and email providers process these records and may retain routine technical logs. A temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated inquiry submissions for one minute. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents through the contact form.
Cookies and third-party services
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for sign-in, account sessions and shopping-cart functionality. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies to operate its payment services and help prevent fraud. Blocking these technologies can affect sign-in and checkout. If you follow an external link or interact with content from another service, that service’s privacy practices also apply.
Website translations
This website offers automatic translations through the GTranslate language selector. Automatic website translations may contain errors, including in English practice examples. Choose English to read the original wording. Course downloads remain in English.
Retention
Customer accounts and order records currently have no automatic deletion deadline. They remain stored unless removed or anonymized. Inquiry messages remain in the site administration area and email correspondence until deleted. Some information may need to be retained for accounting, refunds, dispute resolution, security or other legal obligations. Payment and service providers apply their own retention policies.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
You can review and update account details through My account. Contact Support to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some records cannot be removed where retention is required, and removing an account or download permissions can affect access to purchased materials.
